The race through OP’s visor

“It feels special to get my first podium. This is a day that will live long in the memory, and it just leaves me excited to get more of them and go even better.

It’s been a strong weekend on my first visit to one of the best circuits on the calendar. Qualifying on the front row of a grand prix for the first time and then bringing home a trophy has been positive.

I think we achieved the maximum today with the pace we had but there is still lots to learn and digest, and plenty of things to work on.

It’s also really nice to be voted Driver of the Day by all the fans who were watching. The support has been incredible so a big thanks to everyone.

Thanks also to the team for all the excellent work they’ve done. The upgrades that I had this weekend for the first time have worked great so credit must go to them.”
