“Saturday will be a day that I won’t forget in a hurry. It was fantastic to qualify on the front row, to take the lead of the race at the start and to come home in second and score some strong points.

A massive thanks to the team for all their hard work on the car and all the fans who have been giving me such great support.

Unfortunately, Sunday’s race was over in a flash after the contact at La Source but that’s racing. I absolutely love this track so it was a shame.

Overall though, I’ll take plenty of learning away with me from the weekend and Saturday’s second place.”
